There are two primary steps for senior ads: (1) Ad Purchase (due 7/24/2026) and (2) Ad Information Submission (due 7/24/2026). See details below.
STEP 1: PURCHASE SENIOR AD. Deadline to PURCHASE your senior ad is 7/24/2026.
- Please complete the Form below and select the size ad you'd like to place in the Media Guide.
- Then, select “Save and continue”.
- You will receive a message stating “Success. Your cart has been updated.”
- Please scroll down and select “Proceed to Checkout" to make your payment.
- Once your ad purchase is complete, you will be e-mailed a receipt which will contain instructions and a link for submitting your ad information to our graphic designer. (If you did not get a receipt, you did not finalize your order. Please go back into the Forms section, double check your shopping cart and finalize your purchase.)
STEP 2: SUBMIT AD INFORMATION. Deadline to SUBMIT your ad information via the link provided in your e-mailed receipt is 7/24/2026. (Note: If you are wanting to include your Senior photo or a photo from your Program's picture day that is not available by this date, you will be able to let the graphic designer know on the form. All other photos are due by 7/24.)
Your ad information options include:
- uploading an ad you’ve personally created, or
- selecting and using one of our graphic designer’s templates to build your ad, or
- if you'd like something completely unique, for an additional $75 our graphic designer can build you a personalized ad. (Please note that if you select this option, you will pay for those charges separately through a link provided by the designer).
Our graphic designer will send you a proof before 7/31/2026 for you to approve.
