UIL Forms
All players are required to have a physical before they can participate in any practice or game. If you are new to Coppell you must have a NEW PHYSICAL with the proper UIL form. All necessary paperwork is attached. The Emergency Release (notarized), Medical History form, UIL Acknowledgement of Rules and UIL Steroid Policy form also must be signed and completed by both student and parent/guardian before the athlete is allowed to practice.

Middle School Football Camp (for Incoming 7th-9th Graders in Fall 2013)
Passing Camp (for Incoming 4th-9th Graders in Fall 2013)
